We establish a simple "Stop Signal" before every visit — just raise your left hand and we stop immediately, no questions asked. You are 100% in control of the pace at all times.

2. Do you offer laughing gas (nitrous oxide) or oral sedation? +

Yes! Sweet-air nitrous oxide is available in every suite and wears off in 5 minutes so you can drive yourself home. For deeper relaxation, we also prescribe oral conscious sedation.

3. How does your "Zero Surprise Billing" guarantee work? +

Our concierge desk verifies your exact PPO insurance coverage before your visit and presents a clear, itemized iPad summary before any treatment begins. If your insurer ever underpays our verified estimate on preventive care, we absorb the difference.

4. What if I don't have dental insurance? +

Over 35% of our patients don’t have employer dental insurance! You can start with our $79 New Patient Welcome Special or join our Bright Smile Membership Club ($29/mo), which includes 2 spa cleanings/year, all X-rays, and 20% off every cosmetic or restorative service.

5. Can I split Invisalign®, veneers, or implants into monthly payments? +

Absolutely. We partner with Sunbit and CareCredit for 6, 12, and 24-month 0% APR payment plans with a soft credit check that takes 30 seconds and never impacts your credit score.

6. Where do I park when visiting your Pearl District studio? +

Pull into the Evergreen Terrace underground garage (entrance on NW 11th Ave) and park in any green "Bright Smile Reserved" stall (#1–#12). Bring your ticket upstairs and we validate 100% of your parking.

7. Do I need to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paper clipboards? +

Nope! As soon as you book, you’ll get a text link to our 2-minute mobile intake form. Walk right in at your appointment time, grab an iced matcha, and head straight to your suite.

8. Do you treat kids and teens as well as adults? +

We love welcoming patients ages 6 and up! Kids get to pick their ceiling Disney+ movie, flavored polish (watermelon, birthday cake, or mint), and a custom Mascot "Smile" holographic sticker pack.
