Content & Acceptable Use Policy

Standards governing user-submitted content, blog comments, Client Portal uploads, prohibited uses, and moderation on SparkleCharge.

This Content & Acceptable Use Policy ("Content Policy") governs all content submitted by visitors and clients across SparkleCharge (sparklecharge.org), including blog comments, contact inquiries, project proposals, Client Portal messages, and file attachments.

1. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any legitimate project specifications, files, payment proofs, or comments you submit to SparkleCharge. By submitting content through our forms, blog, or Client Portal, you grant SparkleCharge a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services or publishing your approved blog comment.

2. Prohibited Content & Uses

You may not upload, transmit, request, or commission any content or software on SparkleCharge that:

  • Malware & Exploits: Contains viruses, trojans, web shells, ransomware, malicious scripts, XSS payloads, or unauthorized penetration-testing traffic targeting our infrastructure or third parties.
  • Illegal or Fraudulent Activity: Promotes phishing, financial fraud, identity theft, counterfeit documentation, or any activity that violates applicable local or international law.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Distributes pirated software, unlicensed commercial assets, or material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
  • Abuse, Harassment & Hate Speech: Contains defamatory, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory material in blog comments, support tickets, or portal messages.
  • Spam & Automated Scraping: Uses bots or automated scripts to flood contact forms, blog comments, or authentication endpoints.

3. File Upload Security Standards

All files uploaded via Project Inquiry forms, Support threads, or Client Portal payment proofs undergo strict server-side MIME-type verification, extension allowlisting, and size limits. Executable scripts and disguised binaries are automatically rejected and logged.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

  • Blog Comments: All public comments submitted on the SparkleCharge Engineering Blog are held for moderation or filtered against spam before publication. We reserve the right to edit or remove comments that contain spam links, off-topic promotions, or abusive language.
  • Account & IP Suspension: Violation of this Content Policy may result in immediate removal of offending content, IP rate-limiting or blocking, and suspension of Client Portal access.

5. Reporting Policy Violations
